I’ve incorporated lots of fiber to keep you feeling full and your digestion on point. Weeknight dinners are insanely quick, and breakfasts are prepped ahead for busy mornings. Leftovers are repurposed for simple and delicious lunches. Daily caloric intake is approximately 1,700 calories per day with a macronutrient ratio of approximately 20% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 40% fat.
